2 options here. The workouts I have created are specifically designed for women who have kids and need to be able to workout at home (because that's what I do) so you can complete all of the workouts at home. The other option is a $10 a month membership at Planet Fitness. Either way you are going to get an awesome workout! The truth is, 90% of your results will come from what you eat! Once your body gets the right nutrients, it will respond amazingly!

The VeganBossLady Lifestyle Trainer is based on the fundamentals required for anybody to lose weight, tone up, and gain health and vitality. Contrary to popular belief of man made product programs and the like, plant foods is the best starting point no matter what program you follow.
What if I don't like one of the recipes or workouts in the plan?
You can switch or substitute everything in the plan. Once you know what you like, you can substitute as needed.
Do I have to count calories or macros?
Nope, it's not necessary! That's one of the major upsides with eating Vegan. If you're worried about it anyway, you can rest easy because we've already done the heavy lifting for you!
I'm afraid of following a plan and ending up hungry all the time. Will this happen to me?
The great thing about vegan is the food is not laced with chemicals designed to trigger hunger pains. Your body will normalize to the way it was meant to operate. If your body sends you hunger signals, then you should eat. It's easy to adjust the portions sizes of your meals so you get the right nutrients and you won't have to worry.
I'm gluten free, will this plan work for me?
Yes, the raw vegan meal plan is gluten free and I include tons of gluten free vegan recipes.
I don't have much weight to lose, I just need to tone up. Is your plan a good fit for me?

If I miss a week or take a break from the program, will I be able to get right back on without being behind?
Hon, nobody here is perfect. If you fall off or take an unplanned break, it's easy to jump right back in and get on track!
What if I'm already following a different meal plan/workout plan, can I just supplement or use the part of your program I need?
You bet. Different strokes for different folks! Use what you need as they can easily integrate with an existing plan.
Do I have to buy a bunch of supplements once I start your program?
Nope. If you currently spend money on groceries or go out to eat, it won't cost you anything more than what you are paying now.
Are the meal plans safe if I have a health condition or I'm pregnant/breastfeeding?
Absolutely. None of the plans call for supplements. Everything is 100% safe for anyone as long as they don't have a specific food allergy.
